New Life Christian Fellowship Church ("New Life") operates newlifemedina.org and may operate other websites. It is New Life's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, New Life collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. New Life's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how New Life's visitors use its website. From time to time, New Life may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

New Life also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on newlifemedina.org blogs/sites. New Life only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.

DMCA Policy

New Life Christian Fellowship Church (“New Life”) respects others’ intellectual property rights and has made every effort to secure appropriate clearances for all proprietary intellectual properties that New Life directly makes available on its websites and we require our users to do the same. New Life will respond to allegations of copyright violations in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). The DMCA provides a process for a copyright owner to give notification to an online service provider concerning alleged copyright infringement. When a valid DMCA notification is received, the service provider responds under this process by taking down the offending content. Upon taking down content under the DMCA, New Life will take reasonable steps to contact the owner of the removed content so that a counter-notification may be filed.

New Life may provide copies of such notices to the participants in the dispute or third parties, at our discretion and as required by law — the Privacy Policy for New Life does not protect information provided in these notices.
